Template Design Pricing

Custom templates are typically priced at $500, unless quoted otherwise. Your designer or Account Manager will give you a precise quote after evaluating your design needs.

Turnaround Time

Your template will typically be completed within 4 weeks or 20 business days. If you need your template done sooner, rush orders are available on request. Our time frame assumes that you communicate with us within 24 hours after we submit a mock-up or draft to you for comment or approval.

Template Design Process

• Step 1 : Consultation

  You will receive a questionnaire regarding the design of your template. Please send your responses back to your Account Manager or our main support email address (support@jbanetwork.com). The designers will take your answers to the questionnaire and flesh them out into an outline or rough sketch of your design. Feel free to send them examples, other websites/newsletters to use as inspiration, your logo, and any artwork that you want to include in the design. The designers will contact you by phone or email if they need more information from you in order to create the mock-up.

• Step 2 : Mock-up

  With the information you provide, your designer will create a draft of your template and send it to you as an image. This is the time to review your design and request any changes. We ask that you submit all of your changes at this time, as it takes significantly less time to make all changes at once. Once your draft has been approved, any additional changes will put your project into overtime and you will be billed accordingly.

• Step 3 : Final Draft

  The design will be submitted to you in its final form for your approval. The purpose of this stage is to make sure the final draft reflects any changes you requested after viewing the mock-up. At this point, any requests for additional changes will be billed separately. Also note that changes made after the template is installed (Step 4) will take longer and cost more, so if you still require changes we advise you to request them now, before the template is installed.

• Step 4 : Installation

  Once you have given your final approval of the design, our programmers will install your Custom Template into your MyNewsletterBuilder account. This step typically takes several days. We will notify you as soon as your template is complete and ready to use.
