Attached is legal documentation pertaining to the event which transpired in 2004. This includes the order set up by mosbach 'for his protection' a joke considering I was the one being assaulted and affected by the project done by him and peart�.

Documents include mosbachs false allegations which I did not get to cross examine in the court room. The illegal set up using using the lousiville police dept who were also involved in�technological abuse and assault in remote ongoing 2004. Can you say RHIC?���Perhaps EDOM.
Trespassing was listed on the order which is 100% invalid and a lie�fabricated by mosbach to�get the order which is considered purgery. There was no trespassing done by me anywhere which he knows and can be proven.
The phone call was not made by me� yet someone else who mosbach added onto my file which of course not valid and illegal.��
Mosbach aquired my social security number and did nothing but instigate the falsified informaton. The stalking clause is of course a joke as I have never been to LA�or near anyone of these people or their families.
They however used an illegal classified project on me at my residence which of course I reported hence setting up this battling. They went as low as to use voice to skull machine intephase taggings and assault and create a scenario using peart as the driver to entertain themselves on tour. Close spiritual sisters of mine and their families were illegally monitored and homes under surveillance.
The same type of tagging system and sexual abuse, remote assault done on me was also used on pearts 'deceased' including peart's 'not so human child'�... I quote and we know why selena fact 101.
I also know what it takes in intimacy to establish such a close link in communcations. Need I say more. I experienced it and him folks.

They came to me from beginning to end.

The arrest case was dismissed which included�the phone call I made to mosbach asking him to explain the document he showed up with at my residence and of course quoting ' I am in your head'. These people harassed me using a communications systems which is hard to detect unless one has access. These people are criminals. They are not fighting the good fight and they are not the good guys.
To this day I am still being assaulted by these programs created by peart and mosbach and of course much of the intercommunications handed over to other 'agencies ' for their� personal abuse.
Anyone who sees the appeal can see the facts clear and simple. Mosbach should have been prosecuted for lauching this assault regardless of who paid him to do it. Dave Hart was also involved in the remote assault done on me. His CD handed to me during the assault� and�sent to mosbach�conveniently shoved under the carpet. Obstruction of justice and witholding evidence.

I suspect they can come up with any excuse in the world to do this except the 'truth'.�In illusion of fame they think they can call the shots and blame beings who do not live in their criminal arenas. This is not the case yet these agencies and entertainers are doing this.
An example of an mk assault cause and affect is John Lennon. He was�programmed and�murdered by someone programmed by these projects.
I am a systems buster and a better detective than mosbach could ever aspire to be. I have not only experienced this 'crap' I know how to flush it out and reboot my Spiritual design.
However their assault�does not make this o.k. These people/band and associates�are the instigators using the technology to drive then claiming ignorance if someone does something against them etc. That is their agenda. I suspect if�I were to check these members and all the people they have used or misused technology like this on I would see a pattern of self indulgence and entertainment on their end at the cost of another. Hollywoods latest craze and of course the governments number one assault program.

The so called protection order mosbach set up is null on many levels as it is I who should be protected. The DA wanted to throw his order out yet the request was not honored. Big money go around the world now big crime and members of rush.
