Ordinarily I write of my experiences of awakening. This Ezine I choose to share of a special awakened teacher who touches my life and work very deeply: Gangaji.

Gangaji has met me where the angels and the birds become one song. She has looked me in the eye where the master lives and both she and I dissolve. She has cared for me in the most sweetest of human ways, never losing her womaness or girlness in her universal enlightenment. And yet she has offered herself through her heart to this enlightenment in every moment with each person I have seen her greet.

I have sat, studied and awakened with many great teachers and she is one unusual one to expose her real humanness to me candidly, forgivingly, lovingly. Many people thank me for exposing my real humanness and imperfection to them again and again in my Satsang seminars. This is my JOY (and humor). She is a kindred spirit in this regard. What a Joy she is and what joy she brings.

Some one asked me if she was my competitor and I said. “Absolutely NOT! She is my teacher. I am touched by the depth of her awakened state and aspire to her ability to surrender to all of life in great heart and trust and faith.”

I am most happy to know that anyone who attends my Satsangs attends hers too. It is my great honor and privilege to share of this very special master of awakening, pure neutral embodiment of love. How fortunate she has come to our planet.
