E-Chievement Award
LISTEN to Etown on WNCW 88.7 Sunday night of LEAF 6-7pm on your way home. LEAF's E-Chievement Award presentation is featured just after Ray LaMontagne. Etown, the popular national radio show, is proud to announce a recent winner of its coveted E-Chievement Award: Jennifer Pickering, founder of Lake Eden Arts Festival (LEAF) and its youth-directed nonprofit outreach efforts, LEAF in Schools & Streets and LEAF International. The E-Chievement is a listener-nominated honor given to individuals working hard to make a positive difference in their communities and beyond. Through outreach programs, LEAF engages festival performers and other artists to bring music education, performance opportunities, instruments, and cultural enrichment into the lives ofunder-served kids in WNC as well as internationally. Since 2004, over 13,000 young people have been reached!
Special thanks to LEAF Members & others who are helping support LEAF Outreach!!
