Dr. Rita Ellithorpe and EDTA Chelation with Detoxamin
An estimated half million people in the United States are treated with intravenous EDTA chelation therapy every year, many for the treatment of heart disease. Although not officially approved for heart disease, EDTA was approved for treatment of lead poisoning in children, as well as removal of heavy metals. After years of such use, it was found that it also helped patients with peripheral vascular disease and cardiovascular disease.

The IV EDTA treatment is expensive and time consuming. Each infusion takes 3 to 4 hours under supervision of an infusion nurse.
Perhaps a less expensive and time consuming method would be advantageous.
Enter the EDTA rectal suppository called Detoxamin. It is less expensive than IV EDTA, works at night while the patient sleeps, and doesn't require 3 hours of time while sitting in the IV infusion chair. In addition, the suppository EDTA method is safer with fewer adverse effects.
The major question is does it work? How much of the EDTA is actually absorbed and working? This was the basis for Dr. Rita Ellithorpe's study whch showed a 36 % absorption rate compared to IV EDTA. Another added bonus of rectal administration is EDTA delivery directly to the prostate which relieves symptoms and removes calcifications. This was the subject of another study....

Among the speakers was Nicholas Gonzalez MD, who spoke about his medical practice in New York City, in which he treats advanced cancer successfully with high dose oral pancreatic enzymes. This treatment regimen is based on the trophoblastic theory of cancer originally proposed by Scottish embryologist John Beard and resurrected by a dentist named William Kelley (left image)....
