I get many complements at the seminars and via email about my relationship with Ray and about Ray! I agree that he is a gem! Thank you for these sweet reflections so many of you have sent us.

People have said that we emanate a warm glow. We often hear that we demonstrate how care, love and support can be between two parts of a couple.

I spent many years looking into how such a creation could come to happen for me. I did not have role models for such as a child. So my relationship is a great answer to a prayer and a lot of ongoing inner work!

So that you may benefit from what you see, I shall share the aspects of our union that support the warm glow, grace has given.


1. We are in an endless mutual process of learning to know each other and ourselves. We remain inquisitive year after year. We are beginners each day.

2. We value the expression and realization of love and gratitude above anything else that happens each moment. If we forget one moment we remember the next.We remind each other by each being responsible for taking the first step back to this.

3. Each of us chooses universal peace and love a as a primary focus.

4. We both honor relationship as an ongoing learning.

5. We trust the other always does his or her best.
6. We see relationship as a mirror for growth.
7. We forgive each other daily for all our mistakes and short comings.

8. We listen to our Guru cat Jessie’s wisdom at all times.

9. We ignore outside projections about how to do relationship(good, bad or indifferent when they do not SERVE us~ being in the public~eye I hear it all from 50s renditions to ideas from movies). We create what is happy for us as two unique individuals ongoingly via trial and success as well as trial and error and new ways.

10. We value what comes to our attention for our learning. We have gone through ease, joy, surprise, grace AND dark night of soul as well as honey moon bliss. All aspects were equally important for a deepening in love. We valued soul over personality and went deeper over time.

11. We expect ourselves, our relationship and our lives to be imperfect and full of blessing at all times. We are here to love.

12. When we are stuck we seek outside help from others. We are all hear to grow and learn from one another together upon request and choice for such.

13. We pray and ask that the relationship be divinely guided ongoingly. We listen to the answers to the prayers with openness. We respond with creativity, contemplation, and thanks.

14. We remember that now is the reality in which we live.

For me, the greatest gifts of couplehood are the love shared, the care and support given and received, the being deeply known. The most profound gift is the mirror. In looking on the mirror via my love with Ray I have been blessed to see so much of who I am , who humanity is and come to peace in a very deep place inside me that can embrace all polarities. This is an ongoing process and the reward is an ever ongoing journey into spacious neutrality and love beyond explanation. It requires much focus.
