Vitamin D Prevents Common Cold, Flu by Jeffrey Dach MD
Are you sneezing, with a runny nose, and aches and pains? You may have the common cold. Rather than go through a week of misery, better to prevent Colds with Vitamin D.
Remember the famous Linus Pauling Book on Vitamin C and the Common Cold? I was surprised to find that Vitamin D is also a flu preventive. A new study published Feb 23 in the Archives of Internal Medicine showed that lower vitamin D levels had 40% more flu episodes. It makes sense to check a vitamin D level and supplement with vitamin D which will then reduce incidence of flu by 40%...

The Greatest Medical Discovery of the Century
No doubt, future medical history books will look back and comment that the greatest medical discovery of the 20th century was the discovery of the opiate receptor system in the brain, and endogenous opioids called endorphins. The key player in this discovery is Low Dose Naltrexone, producing rebound increased endorphin production by transient opiate receptor blockade after ingestion of a small capsule before sleep. The capsule is FDA approved, and safe with no adverse side effects.
This largely ignored and inexpensive off-patent drug called LDN has been used with great success over the past 20 years to induce remissions in a host of seemingly unrelated diseases such as Multiple Sclerosis, Crohn's, Systemic Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Pancreatic Cancer and Lymphoma.
