Dear Friends,
THE EXCITEMENT JUST KEEPS ON COMING:
First, HIS BEST FRIEND'S BABY hit the Borders Top Ten!! What a great surprise! I'm thrilled.
Next, there's a brand new Ricks. He's Cannon Phillip Ricks and he's now one day old, and according to the parents and grandparents and great-grandad, he's absolutely beautiful. He's my father's first great-grandson.
I'm scrambling to find time to write, because my fall just keeps getting busier -- it's the best kind of busy, traveling and meeting with friends and family, so I'm not complaining. This weekend my husband's two brothers are coming down from Knoxville to visit. If the weather holds out we may go on down to Pensacola and take a short sailing trip on the dh's boat.
I hope everyone is having a great October.
