Welcome
to the Isaac Dickson Hot Chocolate 10K & Kids Hill Climb, a race to benefit
the non-profit Isaac Dickson
Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization(PTO). Enjoy Asheville's flattest
10K followed by entertainment and a steaming cup (or two!) of hot cocoa for a tasty
post-race treat.

The 2010
Hot Chocolate 10K would like to express an enormous amount of thanks to Coaches
Dean Duncan and
Norm Blair of
FITAthletics, a full-service athletic and fitness training service
based in western North Carolina, for developing both a BEGINNER and INTERMEDIATE self-directed
10K training program specifically tailored to our race. A program like this is indespensible
when training for an event.

Important!!! The 10K is limited to only 800 participants!
10% of available entries have already been used!

In an effort
to be greener and ultimately more efficient, we are accepting ONLINE REGISTRATIONS
ONLY for this year's Hot Chocolate 10K. Along those lines, there will
be NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION for the 10K. Race day registration
will, however, be available for the 1K Kids hill climb. For more information OR
