Guest Vouchers for your Customers
Enclosed in your exhibitor (booth) badges mailing, you will find guest vouchers. Please distribute these to your customers or potential customers! This voucher will allow them to visit the technical exhibits and see your company on the show floor. One guest voucher may be used in exchange for a one-day badge to visit the technical exhibits only ($300 value).
The formula used to distribute exhibitor guest vouchers is listed below. The allocation should meet the needs of all exhibiting companies. Additional vouchers may be purchased on-site at Exhibitor Registration for $300 each.

Lead Retrieval Devices
Experient will again be offering the rental of their lead retrieval devices to exhibitors who wish to keep track of their attendees on-site.
Experient's representatives will be on hand at McCormick Place to assist you at the following locations:
South Building (Hall A) located near Cafe A2 on Level 3
North Building (Hall B) located in northeast corner of the hall (near booth 8957)
Lakeside Center (Hall D) located in the northwest corner of the hall (across from booth 1800)

Getting to and from McCormick Place
Several options are available as you and your staff travel between McCormick Place and your hotel. Some of the options include:
Shuttle Bus Service is provided from Saturday, November 28 to Friday, December 4. Refer to the 2009 Pocket Guide or the RSNA website for complete information.
Taxi Shared Ride Program allows up to four passengers to be grouped according to their destination for a fare of $7.00 per person.

Lakeside Center, Level 2..........Gate 30
Metra Electric Train Service allows all attendees (including exhibitor personnel) to use a complimentary Metra pass on trains operating between Randolph St/Van Buren St and McCormick Place from Saturday, November 28 to Friday, December 4. Obtain your free pass at the Exhibitor Help Centers or the Metra Information Desk, located on Level 2.5 of the Grand Concourse. Refer to the RSNA Pocket Guide or website for a train schedule.

FedEx Kinko's-- McCormick Place Business Center
With a variety of situations that may arise at the meeting, McCormick Place offers the Business Centers operated by FedEx Kinko's. If your company needs to make copies, send faxes, or make posters/banners during the meeting, FedEx Kinko's is there to help.
The McCormick Place Business Centers are located in three locations:
South Building: Grand Concourse, Level 2.5
North Building: Level 2
Lakeside Center: Level 2, near Gate 31

Exhibitor Code of Conduct
Each year, over 20,000 exhibitor personnel work/attend the RSNA Annual Meeting. In order to make each exhibitor's experience as productive and as rewarding as possible, RSNA has assembled an Exhibitor Code of Conduct that requires exhibitor personnel to behave in a professional manner at all times.
Because everyday trade show is different, please review with your staff the Code of Conduct in advance of the meeting. It covers such topic areas as the access badge, exhibit hours, photography guidelines, marketing research and booth sound levels.
We will also be making copies available during set up as well as on show days. Stop by or direct your staff to the Exhibitor Help Centers found in all three halls.
