If you're wondering about the look of this week's newsletter, I'm still experimenting with templates.  At any rate, since the announcement last week of Jon Wilson's withdrawal, some are wondering about our court case and if we're ever going to file a lawsuit.  In answer to that I say 'Yes, we will!'.  We're continuing work with Keith, while searching for a law firm to represent us.  Please keep in mind, though, that the legal avenue is a long road ahead and in our situation, a winning case is not that easy to bring together.  We're still moving ahead although without Jon Wilson.  So many are wondering what we do in the meantime while so many are suffering horrendously right now. 

 

The only quick alternative that I see to an immediate filing is to push for a hearing - congressional, state, or local - for our issues.  The congressional route may not be quick or forthcoming at all, however, we could petition our state or local governments to act on our behalf or at least to hear us.  At tonight's conference call, we'd like to discuss these options or any others that you all may have at this time.  Here is the call-in information for the conference:

Hello Everyone,

 

I attended a second police commission meeting tonight.
I gave a prepared speech, and gave the Chief of police,
and all 7 commissioners a packet with credible information.

 

All information in my 3 minute speech was short and sweet,
and I gave names of court case of James Walbert, Dr. Hall's
book, Cheryl Welsh's information, Jim Guest letter,
mentioned that they could download Sonoma State Univeristy
booklet, and David Lawson's terrorist stalking in America.

 

This is on channel 26 in San Francisco, live, and it is recorded,
and there was about 25 people in the room besides the Chief,
and commissioners.  I have found a great way to speak about
out plight. 

 

I will be attending the Board of Supervisors meetings in the future
as well. 

 

I have no expectations of these people acting on our behalf, but
what I do know is that if it is continually exposed by any and all
forms of media, and any attention at all, it will help us, it will just
take time.  Rome was not built in a day.

 

There were two people from a video filming company, and they
also interviewed us as well.

 

I was with Judy Thacker SF TI, Doug Millar, private investigator, and Ted Gunderson, ex-FBI
agent for Los Angeles.  They both know about our plight.  Ted Gunderson
is also a target.

 

Ted Gunderson, Doug Millar, and Peter are amazing!  I feel like I am surrounded
by angels, divinity at work.
It is possible based on his past activities that Michael Aquino, NSA agent, high ranking,
is involved in these crimes. He belongs to the Church of Satan in SF, and Temple of Set
in Mill Valley.  They believe the bay area to be ground zero for us, the victims.
So with Robert Gunn, NSA, PHD, in Ann Arbor, MI, a perpetrator,
it is starting to make sense.  So, if Russell Tice FBI agent blew the whistle on this
technology, and the NSA, it is making sense.  Connecting the dots.
But, how do we expose, stop, and make them accountable?
It appears that the perpetrators may be protected.

 

I have newsletter 31 page, that talks about many things related to these crimes, when

Re: Response to Jon Wilson's legal position

 

The accepting legal counselor's track record must be commendable, his constitution suave and armored in bravey not less than preternatural; especially if his client is a "targeted individual"(TI).

 

Without such characteristics, it is not unusual for the lawyer to abandoned his potential client if he/she is a TI, given the choice to become a gang-stalker himself (attorney) and dirty his hands in the alleged drug-trafficking market, the undercurrent of gang-stalking; or suffer the  consequences from a political-legal system shrouded in secrecy of criminal behaviorism and favoritism that mitigates the due process afforded the client at hand.

 

The resultant acts of defiance by the attorney/client is immediate slavery from all branches of government and private sector, whether they come in the disguise of disappearances of evidence, harrassment, character assasination or murder.

 

If the attorney can not consider his own welfare of liberty and life, little  could be expected of him except for his reach for a very large retainer fee.

 

It is up to the client to decide if his circumstances  of gang-stalking outweigh his rewards of emotional, spiritual and economical freedom and  continue his legal pursuit.

 

One recommendation  is  pre-paid legal services with a MLM  tier that offers  income in return for bringing in future clients. With registration and monthly fee of $40.00 dollars , each TI could present his case to the same attorney and get paid in return.

I have just published the results of the survey. From the 105 respondants to it, it was found that 87% experience BOTH Organised Stalking AND Electronic Harassment ('Directed Energy Weapons Torture' is my preferred description).

 

So, those who only experience one or the other are in the minority, and the statistics from this survey show that the two go hand-in-hand in the majority of cases.

The TRB is the first UK Government sponsored manual, to help human rights groups collect evidence of abuse, that help bring the violators to justice.

The University of Essex has a Human Rights Centre which accepts reports of torture in several languages.

Dear Sir or Madam,

 

Let me start by stating my appreciation for the role the OSCE plays in monitoring and reporting on the human rights situation in each of the 56 participating states. I believe the OSCE responds to issues affecting the lives of individuals today, helping to ensure, for example, that human rights are protected in the global fight against terrorism, and taking active steps to combat racism, discrimination and related forms of intolerance. In this respect, I am sending you a booklet about human rights violations I was subjected to in Canada. I would like to state that my complaint focuses on the Canadian military and CSIS. I have no complaints whatsoever against Canadian Judges, Diplomats or other government officials, who based on my experience, always go an extra mile to ensure equal treatment for all Canadains regardless of their race, ethnic origin etc. I would like to request your office to make copies of the booklet to the 56 countries members of the OSCE to give every nation the opportunity to make an asssessment of the serious accusations in the booklet. In our assessment, the program I am complaining about has not been approved by the House of Commons and the Canadian Senate.

 

We believe there are at least three Canadian offcials who know and approved or allowed the program to continue operating, under their leadership:  Mr. Stephen Harper, Prime Minister  Mr. Peter Mackay – Minister of Defence  Mr. Stockwell Day – Minister of International Development, and Former Minister of Public Safety How can this happen in Canada? Electronic torture? Let me refer to a statement made on October 29 2009 by Mrs Hillary Rodham Clinton, US Secretary of State:

 

“It is hard to believe that no one in Pakistan knows where Alkaeda and Taliban leaders are”. Since the Pakistani Government is trying to fight terror in Pakistan, then it is fair to conclude there are forces in Pakistan not quite under control of the Pakistani Parliament and Government. This is exactly what is happening in Canada. There are forces in Canada acting outside the Rule of Law. Mr. Harper is the Prime Minister of Canada but he is not the sole decider. I believe that Canada's Lawmakers are determined to defend Canada, but they also believe it has to be done within the law and international conventions. Please note that Rapid Eye Movement Sleep Deprivation is associated with Behaviour Modification. It is explained in the Section: The New Technologies (Which Frequency). I believe that a person with different political views (within the law) should not be subjected to Behaviour Modification Experiments. I would like to request a meeting in Warsaw with an OSCE representative, to be given the chance to make my case. As a Canadian citizen, I expect the OSCE not to ignore my request for an investigation or at least receiving a written clarification from the Canadian government about this new type of torture that occurred on Canadian territory , and that violates international norms and conventions. Let me conclude my letter by using the expression coined by Mrs Clinton: It is hard to believe that no one in Canada knows about electronic torture committed by the Canadian Armed Forces against some Canadian citizens.
