Work your body, calm your mind

Yogadotcalm goes high tech... and gets an Oscar nomination!

We've decided to enter this decade with a new computer system.

 

This means no more having to look for your pass cards (yay!) and all you will need to do is sign your name (first and last, legibly please) in the sign in book.

Please be patient with us for the next couple of weeks while we get used to using the system and working out all the quirks.

Once we get a little more efficient we'll be able to start updating everyone's profile with update phone numbers and emails.

 

Thank you for your patience! This is where our yoga practice comes off the mat! ;)

World Yoga Day

Sunday Jan. 31 from 11-1pm we will be taking part in an international yoga class that goes around the globe to raise money and awareness for Doctors without Borders.

This class will be a mix of the Structural classes and Ashtanga classes.

Please join usWork your body, calm your mind and help us raise money for the work efforts of Doctors without Borders in Haiti and beyond.

Suggested donation $10, all donations will be matched by yogadotcalm.

 

Please be aware, 10am Primary Series will be cancelled for Sunday and the 1pm class will begin 15 minutes late at 1:15pm.

Yoga with your Valentine

Join Jurgen & Nattacia while they create an intimate mood with candlelight, soft music and yoga postures done with the support of your valentine.

 

Couples work together in various yoga postures, supporting each other, feeling the trust and vulnerability of each other.

 

This workshop is tons of fun and always sells out, so be sure to register early!

Real Stability with Susi Hately-Aldous

Susi is an amazing yoga therapy teacher that has taken her learnings and teachings around the world. Though working with all types of students in every kind of practice she has so much information to pass on to all of us.

 

What, where and how to engage...

 

In this workshop we'll help you see and experience how the pelvic floor functions, influences and impacts everything from your neck, to your back, to your feet and your wrists.

 

We'll delve into mula bandha, into your breath and see how the pelvic floor can expand your practice, reduce your pain and bring overall stability.

 

An excellent workshop for all levels of yoga students.

Join the Radha Yoga teachers in a time when we can allow the thoughts of the day to recede, create space in our minds and hearts, and open up to know the joy that is already within us.

This Friday, Jan. 31 at 7pm. Cost is $17.

New Class in Feb!

Starting in February, Natalie will be teaching a mysore style class on Tuesdays at 5:15pm. This class will be 75 min long and practice sheets are available and allowed.

This is a traditional style ashtanga learning environment where you practice at your pace and have the ability to ask the teacher for assistance and help.

Previous ashtanga experience required (at least 10 level 1 classes) as this is not a led class.

Taken a C.A.T. training in the past? Interested in an intensive workshop with Gert? This Friday evening workshop will take you through many of the exercises in Critical Alignment Therapy and give you some insights regarding what Gert has been working on and finding in the last year.
