Director's Notes
We are pleased to announce that NCES has hired an Executive Director. Ray Healey will join the staff in June. Ray recently retired as Assistant Superintendent for Special Education and Career Services from the Southern Westchester BOCES in Rye Brook, NY. As many of you may know, BOCES, which stands for the Board of Cooperative Educational Services, are regional collaboratives. His experience with SWBOCES and other multi-district collaboratives makes Ray well suited for working with an agency such as NCES. We look forward to having him on board to bring fresh ideas and resources to the North Country.
Lori Langlois
Interim Executive Director
