What is the Best Way to Lose My Belly Fat and Love Handles- 3 Simple Tips

Trying to lose your belly fat and love handles can be frustrating and difficult. Especially when you're not sure what to do. It'll have you asking yourself, "what is the best way to lose my belly fat and love handles". So, what I'm going to do is share with you some weight loss tips.
 
That way, you will be able to get the body that you've always wanted.
The tips to lose your belly fat and love handles are:
 
1. Exercise at least 3 times a week. The exercises that you can do are weight training, swimming, walking, running, jogging, and riding your bike. Be sure to work your abs, too. You don't have to do crunches or sit-ups. There are other exercises that you can do to hit that particular muscle.

Oblique Exercises for Men

This kind of exercises involves holding a pair of lightweight dumbbells normally over your head. They should be in line with the shoulders and the shoulders should slightly remain bent. You need to keep your back straight and bent slowly as you directly face your left side and you need not twist the upper body.
 
Once you are done with that one, you need to pause and then bend to your right side as in the previous bend. You need to repeat this for 6 to 10 times if you are a beginner but if you are a more experienced person you can repeat as much as you can afford. You can also choose to do the speed rotation which involves standing in an upright position holding the dumbbell with both hands.
 
From here, you take a 90 degrees twist to your right and then 180 degrees to the left while keeping your abs tight and moving as fast as you could.
