Open House Events With Kross Inspectors

Kross Inspectors has received some positive feedback from Realtors about participating in Open Houses.  We have a full staff of Home Inspectors willing to help Realtors draw more traffic to local Open House events.  A simple breakdown of our Open House program:

1. Kross Inspectors will perform a free Home Inspection or Chinese Drywall Inspection on your listing prior to the scheduled Open House. 
2. We will advertise the Open House on our web site with a dedicated web page and links strategically placed throughout our site (our site receives between 50,000 and 75,000 web page impressions on search engines daily). 
3. We ask that we have a minimum of two weeks to properly market the property and event prior to attending the Open House. This will ensure maximum exposure to draw attendees to your Open House.  We will also advertise that a copy of a completed report will be available to attendees and an Inspector will be available during the Open House to answer questions.  Of course, we will review the report with you prior to the Open House event.
