Summertime and the living is not as easy as we would like.
This summer is a time of major change for all of us. We see politics, business, relationships, emotions, personal and professional direction, weather and health in extremes. This week is another big phase of challenges in our atmosphere affecting all of us on the planet.
Being gentle and kind to everyone especially yourself is important. As we are moved to see and experience things more clearly what is out of alignment, balance and truth phases out. Instead of getting upset or disappointed you might see how a better way is opening for all of us. Change is not comfortable and yet when it is correct, it is perfect.
This summer I have deepened my own walk with my body, soul and self to bring everything together at a powerful level. I finally feel that I regained all of my energy back after the loss of my daughter and have reconnected to yoga by taking several intensive weekends and enjoying ongoing practice.
I am in the midst of preparing for an advanced intensive retreat this weekend and I thought I might just connect you to ongoing writings that I have been putting out regularly that you may be interested in.
New opportunities, directions and clarity will be coming this fall. I have a new location for part time work in the Boston area with great people joining us.
Recordings, programs and teleclasses and more are being developed so that people who are not in the area can move, deeping on their own journey to Be The Medicine.
I am so grateful for my health and life. The experiences I have gone through these past few years have put off the publication of Be The Medicine books and yet it is perfect in that through my losses and challenges the teachings and practices have been refined. 2012 is when you will see the work begin to unfold in book form.
See below for abundant teachings and inspiration as I complete putting all of the pieces together.
May your life unfold in love and grace.
Fun, Joy, Laughter,
