Buyer's Due Diligence - The Inspection Period

A very important part of a Home Buyer's due diligence is agreeing to have their Home Inspection completed within a certain time frame once their contract goes into effect.

It is essential that Buyers communicate with their Realtor in order to have their Inspection completed within the Inspection Period outlined within the contract.  A Professional Realtor will help Buyers avoid costly mistakes, especially when it comes to meeting important deadlines!
