As we near the end of our calendar year of 2011, I salute all of you who have made it through this year of tremendous change and are smiling, probably in relief. In this year of ups and downs I am grateful to end the year more up than I have been in a very long time.

 

For each one of us the year 2012 has a lot of potent energy for many reasons. A time of awakening and continued change - ready or not. Living life to the fullest and manifesting our destiny as a focus will bring us farther along our path. Having fun every step of the way is helpful to make it light instead of a job.

 

Our life is our joy and hopefully the joy of others. We each began as babies with this imprint, and then life changed and became interlaced with expectations, judgment and fear. Lets Fa La La La La our way back to Blessings and Gratitude and Joy.

 

Slow down if you are stressed, and unburden your mind, and you will find your life will lighten and your heart will open. No matter your beliefs you can find a reason for the season to reflect, love and heal. Sharing the light with others uplifts one and all, and are important for each to remember.

 

As my first Astrology teacher and spiritual mentor Janice Hall told me, “We did not come down here just to get aggravated.” I remember this often in challenging times and it reminds me of what I really want to create and experience, and makes me smile.

 

Another Astrology mentor Kathy Kerston said about our chart and our challenges in life, “You can do it either nice and easy, or kicking and screaming.” I have always done my best to face challenges and walk through them and find that the learning is easier the first time. Any kicking and screaming digs us into a deep hole and makes it tougher to find our way and enjoy life, and…we have to do it anyway.

 

Who knows what 2012 has to offer each one of us? I am up for the adventure, are you? The cusp of the New Year always brings hope for people. Focus on a positive outcome and possibilities and allow them to occur.

 

I found nestled in the deepest loss are the gifts of love, light, gratitude, surrender and deep peace. Heal what hurts and live in beauty. Happiness is about being content and appreciating the now.

 

Live as if everything you think, say or do creates your reality - it does. Choose well. Love more. Receive all gifts and be a gift yourself.

 

I appreciate each one of you and look to reach out more this year. Please let me hear from you as well.

 

May your days be merry and bright. May your hearts be open and light. May your health be your wealth and your gifts overflow from the inside out.

To come to a session on the phone or in person is to be ready for deep healing. Usually people have tried many things and read books and still they need more information and healing.

Being whole people, it is important to look at all aspects of each one of us to discover what is out of balance and alignment and know how to bring us back to health. Since our body is self-healing this is exactly what we need to find our way back to health.

I look to see more deeply what is creating disease, pain, depression and a host of concerns for my clients. Doctors and Psychologists may label the problem but even these are educated guesses in many instances and these diagnosis and prescriptions do not always heal.

People are their own healers and have pieces of how they can heal and lots of information available but it takes a lot more to see, know and put healing into practice in your life.

With my forty-four years of experience, research and practice focused on healing and self-healing and accessing all of the myriad causes and solutions, all intuitive healing sessions are full of information, tools and ways for you to make healing changes easily.

My main focus is discover the true problem and to help you reverse the direction of your problems and co-create solutions now. Deep healing as well as new focus eliminating pain and reversing the current course your body-mind has been on occurs.

Healing the body requires retraining you to co-create healing no matter how bad you feel or how tough the problem is for you. You will leave with a new lease on life full of clarity, wisdom, healing and possibilities you never imagined.

Releasing stuck energy, creating a new balance and bringing you into alignment is a beginning. Helping you focus on helping you and simple ways to do this happens. Several sessions may be needed to facilitate healing and more learning.

Many cures are simple, inexpensive and require your attention and focus. You will not only learn more than any book can tell you, but you will move forward in your life grateful to know answers to questions and new solutions.
