Loving ourselves enough to take care of us is one of the most important things we can do. Our well-being determines how we live and what we accomplish. It is important to break the patterns of neglect and abuse of our bodies, and expecting doctors to fix us. Doctors cannot return your body to health, only you can.
We are self-healing beings who are in need of honor and love. We live in these bodies and we are each the captain in charge. We can blame no one for us except us. Our time and effort are best spent discovering how to care for us, as the sacred trust that it is, and do it.
Each person is precious and deserving of a good life and health. It is important to treat ourselves like a newborn babe who needs nurturing, nourishing and vigilant care, moment by moment for our entire lives. Our needs stay the same except we are now responsible to do it for ourselves. Lets stop the habits of breaking us down and poisoning us instead of supporting us.
With the way much of the culture lives, it is no surprise that our elder years are spent going to doctors, taking in more poisons in fear and medicines, and falling apart, body, mind and soul. Our time and money is better spent helping people live a full healthy, happy, life all along the way from birth on. The payoff will be a better world.
Break any patterns of taking you for granted and stay awake to all levels of your being and be a good caregiver to you. It is simple; when we take the time we have more time. When we don’t take the time, we run out of time.
People take better care of their cars than their bodies. We are an organic machine who takes the dirt, hurt, toxins, bad fuel, wear and tear into us and pollute us for the remainder of our lives, unless we stop destructive patterns and do deep healing and make major changes.
It is cheaper to take good care than to suffer the consequences in less energy, focus, peace, clarity, success and health. It does matter what we take into our body, mind, emotions, spirit and soul. All is unseen and neglected for too long. Many still disrespect what is common sense everyday at their own peril. Chemical medicines do not replace what our bodies need to heal and balance and often create greater problems.
We do not have to be sick, depressed or in pain. Do not make excuses and stay stuck in patterns of illusion and pain, instead of responsibility and self-care. Everything we do, and do not do, has consequences and results. Our misplaced focus on disease instead of health, fitting in instead of being whole, and illusion over truth keeps us trapped.
OUR HEALTH IS OUR WEALTH
Are you living in your best interest? Do you wake up each day and take care of your needs first before you run off and do anything else?
Healthy food, thoughts and actions are common sense and vital to all of our lives in society. You reap what you sow. We are best to stay awake to what nurtures our body and life, and what interferes, and choose wisely.
Our bodies, minds and emotions are self-healing, the sooner you make positive changes the quicker your body responds. Begin a new focus on doing all you can to heal and live a happy vibrant life everyday. You are worth it.
Enjoy the journey,
