The fair will be from
3 pm to 6 pm,
Thursday, November 8th
at the East Central Community Center, 500 S. Stone, Spokane Washington.
The following organizations are scheduled to be at the event:
§ ALTCEW: Aging and Long Term Care of Eastern Washington (ALTCEW): will provide information about services for seniors and people living with a disability including Statewide Health Insurance Benefits Advisors (SHIBA) services and the Chronic Disease Self Management Program.
§ Community Frameworks: provides education and one-on-one assistance regarding credit, financial fitness, mortgage basics, builds energy-efficient new construction homes and provides down payment assistance.
§ Spokane Regional Clean Air Agency: Providing information on air quality grants available to replace old wood stoves and fireplace inserts with new gas devices.
§ WorkSource: Providing job search resources and activities.
§ Money Management: Providing information about home ownership preservation and financial counseling.
§ SNAP: providing information about energy assistance grants, weatherization programs and other opportunities to help you get ahead.
