2013 is almost here

Dear Dears,

You are invited to join me on Tuesday, January 8, 2013 to start your new year with a journal you will refer to all year long (and the rest of your life) to:

  • Remind you of WHAT WORKS- Keeping you operating from your strengths, wisdom and your own unique voice and version of joy.
  • Fortify your confidence and esteem - Vital to the creative process
  • Fuel your inspiration-Which is a lot like bliss
  • Transcend fear, resistance, overwhelm, lack of focus, comparison, procrastination and other inconvenient creativity varmints.
  • Operate your creativity & your life more easily.

Through coaching hundreds of creative individuals, in Kaizen-Muse Creativity Coaching we have found that regular repetitive exposure to quotes, images, and reminders about what works is what separates those who are successful from those who fall back into habits that don't serve them.

Ever start something exuberantly and not complete it, (then berate yourself)? Got issues with procrastination, overwhelm, difficulty focusing, or with that inner critic who says you're not good enough? Me too. HOW DO YOU THINK I KNOW SO MUCH ABOUT THIS? I'm even prone to immobilizing melancholy (how's that for a euphemism?) Come hear how I got through all that stuff ('nother euphemism) and am living in more creative joy than I imagined possible (I hate sounding like an infomercial but just imagine me saying that last sentence in a monotone and have a laugh on me).

The journal becomes a reference for maintaining and building upon creative juju. This is a creative spark and the gentle fanning of the fire that's just right for a new year. Make your inspiration fun and easy to access

Whether you create a journal or not, this workshop will start your 2013 off in a playfully focused creative direction. (cowabunga!) It's the Year of Creativity (I say that every year-and funny how it comes true.)

$29 includes:

  • Six of Jill Badonsky's PDFs of the Kaizen-Muse Creativity tools that have proven to work the best for thousands of creative souls - to use for your journal or to frame and hang.
  • The actual real time workshop and an MP3 recording to replay.
  • A reminder MP3 of reminders you can play all year long to create thinking-habits that serve you.
  • An optional follow-up call for accountability on January 15.
  • The secret to shifting habits of thoughts to ones that focus you in the right direction.

Next Creativity Coaching Certification Training Begins in February

In the midst of learning how to liberate the creativity of others in any realm of their life, from writing and art to living more openly authentic, you will experience your own creative breakthrough.

From Shirley Anderson, MS, MCC, IAC-CC, Master Certified Coach, International Coach Federation; Certified Coach, IAC, International Association of Coaches:

"The design of the Kaizen Muse coaching is unique; like nothing else I’ve ever seen in the coaching world. One of the most useful parts of the Training Manual is the section on 'Kaizen Muse Creativity Coaching Ten Tools.' These tools operate in a different part of the brain from what’s accessed in coaching for 'results' or 'performance.' The tools are effective with clients at any stage of development, and they can be taken off the shelf the minute the coach recognizes a pattern of thinking or behaving. Specific applications of each tool are provided with detailed instructions. What can I say: It’s a gold mine!!!"

 Hi Again,

Kat Kirby and I are going to Austin and Sedona this year for our Cowgirl and Crayons Retreat.

This is a way to unleash that unstoppable, bold, sassy creative energy that defies the creative blocks that usually stop women from being true to two of their most important assets: Intuition and creativity.

Through creative writing, SoulCollage(R), expressive art, and movement, make your creativity strong and authentic. It's just what many of our past participants needed to corral their creative passion and make it part of their lifestyle rather than something that keeps being put off.

The value far exceeds the cost.

If you want to know about the retreat on a one-to-one Q&A, email info@themusesiin.comMore information here
