2013 The Beginning of the Age of Love and Peace |
| As we end this year that has been looked forward to for thousands of years, it's the perfect time to reflect.
The past many decades have seen more change than hundreds and thousands before.
Things have been moving so fast it has been a challenge to keep up with ourself, let alone the many pulls and pushes in the world.
Each week has been more intense than the last and I have been amazed at how adaptable many people are.
The Pleiadians say that we are now going to slow down and deal with all that has occurred. That could be a good thing.
Some traditions speak of this time as the end of the great cleansing and the beginning of an age of healing, balance and love.
Whatever it is, it is up to us as to what we do from this point on. No, I do not expect a big explosion of energy or anything.
I do know that it is a time to wake up and slow down and pay attention.
Everything has been out of control in the world and it is time to come back home to what is important and self-sustaining.
People, love and a meaningful life are what is important. Being responsible and a blessing in the world is a gift we can all offer.
Be love and let go of everything that hurts or holds you back.
Find meaning in everyday and continue to care for you and others.
It does take a village and it would be lovely if we would gather in person and turn off the distractions that keep us from one another.
Take care of your health and live your truth and you will find life and health become normal and fun!
I do pray that this is the beginning of a new age of love and peace. It all begins with us.

This is a full body treatment to detoxify, relax, clear.
Use after bath or shower or anytime.
Do not wash this off immediately!
Take hand full of table salt or sea salt and rub into skin gently and smooth over skin away from you and down. Start at the top of your head, face, neck and work down. Your entire body will take 2 cups or more of salt.
After you use each handful of salt allows it to go down drain- do not reuse…it is full of toxins.
Use a dry towel to remove surface salt; allow the remained to stay to complete removal of energies and toxins.

I have worked with the rainbow in many ways for twenty-five years.
In nature the Rainbow is awe inspiring and full of light and promise.
The Rainbow also represents all people together.
In my younger years I remember a Native American Teacher called Sun Bear who gathered people as a Rainbow Tribe to honor all races and cultures of people as one. Encouraging earth based living honoring nature and all beings as one. He brought forth teachings to bring unity and sacredness to life.
The rainbow light includes all vibrations of color. As I became a healer I opened to the full spectrum of energy and color allowing the matching vibration to come through to assist instead of limiting it to one color or another from a belief or teaching I had received.
I found that we are all made of rainbow light, so any imbalances and healing would be addressed by opening to that full spectrum of light. All of our chakras are also made of all color vibration so I do not impose one color or try to change it when I see a different color than some teachings expect.
In several spiritual traditions around the world, I have seen references to a rainbow light being as one who has achieved full enlightenment.
The practice below is one I teach students and clients to align with their highest self, potential and truth. I suggest it is used when you feel tired, stuck, disconnected and just not fully present or energized.
Getting out of autopilot into fullness is another way I describe this experience. When we are feeling imposed upon by the world in many ways we seem to cut ourselves off and become encapsulated in fear, thoughts and other experiences of the world.
To align with the divine, you are awakening all of your wholeness and connection to all. The first rainbow light vortex opens the energy connecting us from heaven and earth and all as one. We are also connecting with our self as one in the rainbow waterfall.
This practice requires us to remember and allow – we do not have to do anything more except command the opening.
Top of the head open.
Bottom of the feet open.
Palms of the hands open.
Rainbow waterfall.
Suddenly we are in the flow of us, fully connected and in our power and peace of us.
Rainbow energy is flowing like a cylinder around and through us from heaven to earth through our head, feet and hands.
Enjoy this practice daily. Practice empowers you more each day.

Solstice Ceremony Opening to the Nine Dimensions

According to Shamans, Hopis and Mayans and Eastern Traditions, the time ending 12/21/12 marks a time of endings and new beginnings for all of us.
Joins us at 7 PM to 9:30 PM, to become part of a unique experience ushering in this era and awakening to wholeness.
StraightArrow, a shaman, healer and teacher for over 20 years, will hold ceremony to lead the community to open to the wheel of life, honoring all and deepening awareness and connections to the elements, directions, all the beings and seasons of life, the stars and the earth.
With guided direction and music, participants will journey to the nine dimensions, opening up a depth of knowledge of oneness, deep healing, and increased energy and perception.
Afterward, experiences will be shared. This deep-journey experience, offered by Janet through her training with Barbara Hand and Gerry Clow and incorporating her own guided meditations and experience, requires no shamanic training.
