1954  -  Elvis Presley recorded "It Wouldn't be the Same Without You" and "I’ll Never Stand in Your Way."

1957  -  In Memphis, Elvis Presley reported to Kennedy Veterans Hospital for an army pre-induction physical.

1975 -  Elvis' update of the ballad "My Boy" hit #5 in the U.K.
