Mark your calendars! Beginning March 27, the Technical Exhibit Space Application/Contract will be available online. Note that the deadline to be included in our first round of space assignments is April 26.

As you are aware, RSNA will be utilizing Halls A (South) & B (North) at McCormick Place for 2013. We believe this new layout will create a vibrant energetic experience for both attendees and exhibitors.

Premium Exhibitor Listing
This year, we've revamped our existing online listing to include more robust features: company logo, banner image, video highlights, social media links and a 'contact us' email form.
We've added a new feature this year -- Exhibitor SnapShot. This feature will pull your banner image into an online slide show for attendees to view as a mini-billboard of your company's information.

Exhibitor Product Theater Application Available March 27
Located in the South Building, Hall A, booth 3314 this unique opportunity provides exhibitors the ability to give attendees a chance to discover more of what their company has to offer. Four 45-minute theater time-slots are available on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
In addition, presentations will be streamed live through the RSNA 2013 Virtual Meeting and will be recorded for on-demand viewing, enabling more exposure to potential customers who can shop and learn on their own time.
New for 2013:
- Theater will be enclosed creating an intimate environment
- Host will be available to assist with lead retrievals
- Beverage service for attendees will be available

How does RSNA Assign your Booth?
All companies whose application is received by April 26 will be included in the first round of space assignments.
Exhibitors earn priority points based on the company participation history. Four priority points are awarded for each year a company exhibited with RSNA, beginning in 1996, for a maximum of 72 points. For companies with the same number of priority points, the date the application/payment was received by RSNA will be used to determine space assignment priority.
Keep the point system in mind as you indicate floor location preferences on your application. Preference is extended in priority point order, so newer exhibitors should request locations in multiple areas of each exhibit hall to increase the opportunity for a favorable space assignment.

Need a Place to Hang your Hat?
Headquarter Offices are available on the show floor. You can utilize these offices for your staff's break/lunch room, check-in point or staff training area. Your Headquarter Office space would be located within the same hall as your exhibit booth.
These areas are restricted to exhibitor personnel only; professional attendees are not permitted.
