Premium Exhibitor Listing
This year, we've revamped our existing online listing to include more robust features: company logo, banner image, video highlights, social media links and a 'contact us' email form.
We've added a new feature this year -- Exhibitor SnapShot. This feature will pull your banner image into an online slide show for attendees to view as a mini-billboard of your company's information.
If you haven't signed up for this, you still can! We will post full exhibitor list beginning June 26. Full details on the program can be found here.
Keep an eye out for an email detailing the housing process. Exhibitor housing opens at 10:30 a.m. CT on Wednesday June 12. A housing formula is used to determine if an exhibitor qualifies for either the Individual Housing or Block Housing system.

RSNA Welcomes New Electrical Contractor
RSNA is pleased to announce that Freeman Electrical Services has been selected as the official Electrical Service Contractor for RSNA 2013.
Earlier this year, RSNA went through a competitive bid process with three approved McCormick Place electrical providers. During the RFP process, customer service, rates and efficiencies were discussed.
By aligning Freeman Electrical with Freeman, official general contractor, we anticipate improved customer service and cost efficiencies for RSNA exhibitors. Freeman electrical order forms will be available online in the RSNA Exhibitor Service Kit beginning July 15.
Freeman Electrical has organized an outstanding team to service RSNA exhibitors. If you have any questions regarding how Freeman Electrical can assist you, please contact Derrick Munro, Freeman Electrical Account Manager at 773-474-7428 or firstname.lastname@example.org
Exhibiting companies may request function space at any of the RSNA contracted hotels for social events, focus groups or company meetings. All space in the convention center is reserved solely for RSNA activities. All requests require prior approval from RSNA.
Exhibitors may also host a non-RSNA satellite symposium to conduct an educational program for professional attendees of the RSNA annual meeting. Exhibitors may choose to offer a symposium with or without CME credit.
The guidelines and request forms for these events will be available on the RSNA website beginning on Monday, June 3.
For questions on these opportunities, contact Kristin Corbett at email@example.com or 630-571-7841 or visit our page here.
On Wednesday, June 12 at 10:30 a.m. CT, exhibitors will be able to register for badges. Each exhibiting company will receive 5 complimentary badges for each 100 sq. ft. of purchased exhibit space. There will be a $40 fee assessed for each badge produced over the complimentary allotment.
