One of the largest motorcycle rallies in the country is taking place in and around Fayetteville this weekend.  One thing for certain... lots of Bikes, lots of Blues and lots of  BBQ will be had.
 
Great blues acts appearing all over Northwest Arkansas in association/conjunction with BBBBQ... Samantha Fish, Tab Benoit, Popa Chubby, RJ Mischo, Jason Williams, The Ben Miller Band, Jigsaw Mud, Trick Bag, Jr. Markham, Mr. Blue, Leah & the Mojo Doctors, Brick Fields, Isayah's Allstars, Earl & Them, Keith Nicholson, Sahwn James, Big James and the Chicago Playboys, Milburn, Jeff Horton Blues Band and more... The Journey to the 2014 International Blues Challenge begins at George's Majestic Lounge in Fayetteville on October 2, 2013!
 
 
 
The OBS Blues Challenge is a local music competition where one winning act in the solo/duo and band categories will  advance to compete at the 2014 International Blues Challenge in Memphis on January 21 - 25, 2014.  The winning act in each category will be announced at the end of the competition on October 2.  
 
Our Blues Challenge is in part a fundraiser to help sponsor our winning acts on their journey to Memphis.  
Show your support for these fine performers, the Ozark Blues Society and the Blues by coming out to cheer on your favorite acts.  Who knows, you could witness history in the making!
