Tactical Communication Training 101:

Interactive training sessions on defusing and de-escalating conflict will be presented. The course is designed to provide front-line customer service personnel with tools and options to calmly and effectively address the behaviors and situations encountered during the course of their duties.
Goals of the course are:
• Enhance safety and professionalism
• Reduce Complaints
• Decrease personal stress on the job
• Strengthen credibility
• Improve moral
Session Participants will receive instruction and practice useful tools intended to help create an opportunity for understanding and compliance when dealing with difficult individuals.
