2014 Blues in the Natural
State Music Festival
Special Preview Event

In conjunction with The Walmart Museum located in Downtown Bentownville, the Ozark Blues Society of Northwest Arkansas presents a Free Concert Preview of the 2014 Blues in the Natural State Music Festival.
 
The Free Concert, featuring 2012 International Blues Challenge Winner Ray Bonneville is scheduled for 3:00pm  on Sunday, February 23rd and will take place in the Walmart World Room on the 3rd floor of the Walmart Museum.

Pinetop Perkins Master Class Scholarship Opportunities
 
 
The Pinetop Perkins Foundation has set the date for the fifth Blues Masterclass workshops for young and young-at-heart adult musicians.
 
The classes will be held at the Shack Up Inn and Hopson Commissary in Clarksdale, Mississippi, where the youthful spirit of Pinetop (1913-2011) smiles on us. 
 
The event takes place from June 18-20, 2014 and offers piano, guitar and harmonica workshops as well as a meet and greet on June 17th.
