Festival Season
 
Spring is in the air and with warmer weather on the way, the festival season has begun.
 
A few things of interest...  Spring Fest 2014 is happening in Fayetteville tomorrow with a variety of fun activities and some great music starting at 7am and going on 'til 10pm.
 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Although not a festival, the 35th Blues Music Awards will take place on Thursday May 8, 2014 at the Cook Convention Center in Memphis, Tennessee.  
 
The event brings together Blues performers, industry representatives and fans from all over the world to celebrate the best in Blues recordings and performances from the previous year. Each year, the Foundation presents The Blues Music Awards to the artists selected by its members. They are universally recognized as the highest honor given to Blues artists. 
 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
On May 17th, the 4th Annual Stomp the Blues out of Homelessness Festival will take place in Springfield, MO  and they have a great lineup this year including Tommy Castro, Bryan Lee and Jarekus Singleton.
 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Bikes, Blues and Hot Cars returns to Springfield, MO on June 5 with a great musical line up including... the Cate Brothers, Anthony Gomes, the Fabulous Hitops, Jigsaw Mud and more...
