Jazz Improvisation Workshops As part of his 2014-15 touring season, Dmitri Matheny presents Melodic Mastery improvisation workshops for aspiring musicians. Based on the teachings of his mentor, jazz legend Art Farmer (photo), Matheny advocates a lyrical, melodic approach to jazz.
