The Ozark Blues Society of NWA’S Annual “BLUES CHALLENGE” took place on Wednesday at George’s Majestic Lounge on Dickson Street in Fayetteville, Arkansas. In both categories (solo/duo and band) the final scores were extremely close.
And, despite the weather, a good crowd turned out to support the acts. Most importantly, it was a great night for showcasing some very, very talented local blues acts!
Advancing to the International Blues Challenge in Memphis:
Solo/Duo Winner:
Buddy Shute
Band Winner:
Amanda Rey and the West Street Blues Band
Congratulations to our Winners!
