Keep cut fruit fresh without it turning brown by adding lemon juice when storing it in the fridge.

Heart-Shaped Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip, Raisin Cookies
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
3 cups gluten free rolled oats
6 ounce dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl combine the butter, peanut butter, and sugars.
Beat until creamy
Add the eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and baking soda, and mix well.
Stir in the oats, chocolate chips, raisins, and walnuts.
Shape into hearts by hand, or use small heart-shaped cookie molds, onto a lightly greased cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes, or until browned.
Cool one minute before carefully removing them.
Yields about 4 dozen
