June 19, 2015. Mendocino County Fairgrounds. Boonville, CA. Around 10:30 p.m.
Although U.K.’s Grammy-winning reggae band Steel Pulse has performed many times at the Sierra Nevada World Music Festival since its inception, this show was special.
When their leader and principal vocalist David “Dread” Hinds was unable to sing due to a throat ailment, world class musicians Selwyn Brown (keyboards), Sidney Mills (keyboards), Amlak Tafari (bass), Wayne “Ceesharp” Clark (drums), Rasta Moonie Pusey (guitar), Keysha McTaggart (vocals), and Jerry Johnson (sax) stepped up to the plate, proving themselves to be the quintessential definition of a band. Despite the absence of Hind’s signature ethereal tenor, Steel Pulse pulled off an incredible night of roots and dub flavored with R&B, jazz, dancehall, hip-hop and even a bit of comedy.

Dillgin Hitting Jamaica To Promote Shining

Dillgin is looking towards a very busy fall as he gets ready to fulfill the many requests he has received in Jamaica in relation to his popular single Shining. The artist who shares his time between Los Angeles and Kingston is scheduled to hit the promotional trail with several TV and radio interviews included Up & Live on Hype TV.

Since the song is one of the most played on Jamaican radio the artist's fans are clamoring to hear him speak about it and to see him perform the song live. Also sound systems have been hounding Dillgin for jingles and specials. The artist when asked about the new turn of events remarked," I just have to give the people what they want".

Dillgin has reemerged as a solo star after many years of departing the duo Mark Ice and Dillgin  with the top ten hit Cuss Cuss in the early 2000s.

If you wish, and we really wish you wouldn't, like to be removed from this list, please reply with REMOVE in subject line.

It will make us very sad if you do, and perhaps your removal will be the one the makes us decide this no longer worth doing at all, and all the information we provide will go away forever and musicians will sit home alone at night and cry because they have no one to play for because no one knows about their shows.
