Children under 4
One of our parents has offered to help with childcare for those kids under the age of four for family support night. We would love to have one or two more volunteers to help with that age group so that we can make it as easy as possible for as many families to be able to come. Please contact Denise Maxson at dcaldwell@accoinland.org if interested.

CAMPIN' IT UP WITH ACCOIN

Petals from Marigold

Meet the newest member of our ACCOIN Family Day Camp Family!

Theodore the Bear

Legend has it that Theodore was diagnosed with cancer two years ago and his bear family brought him to town for treatment. He enjoyed his time in Spokane so much that when his treatment was complete,

he wanted to stay and help other children and families going through the same thing.

Since Theodore was a very loving and kind bear, our Camp Coordinator, Marigold, decided to adopt Theodore and let him live with her.
Theodore loves Family Day Camp and is pictured here at our most recent camp with his new friend, Fred the Moose

February 6th Family Day Camp was a Sports Day Extravaganza

Volunteer Josh Brown gives a thumbs up from the coloring table.

Thanks so much to East Point Church in the Spokane Valley for hosting our group and Round Table Pizza for the meal.

A shout out to our DJ extraordinaire
The Greg McGuire!

Thanks to ALL of our volunteers and contributors. We couldn't have done it without you.
11 families attended with 25 kids, 23 parents/grandparents. 41 volunteers who made this day the best yet!

"This has been the best thing I have ever done - being able to do something like this for the whole family is absolutely amazing!" Marigold, Camp Director
