Anyone besides me look around and face the reality that life is just one challenge after another? Obviously some are "good" and some are "bad" challenges and no matter how hard we try it seems most of us face many of both kinds. Interestingly I have always observed that many among my friends turn to music to smooth the way through life's more difficult challenges...and it ALWAYS seems to help! Just today a friend excitedly mentioned getting involved with
the upcoming Fayetteville Roots Festival as a way to seek some peace amid his life challenges. Here's to wishing you all find peace through the music around you.
And for those seeking to add one more challenge to their lives, don't forget to check out the registration page for the upcoming Ozark
Blues Society Blues Challenge.
Read all about it below
Again this week's calendar is full of live music opportunities. I still would appreciate help as we round out the 2016 patio season in making sure the calendar is complete. If I am missing YOUR information...or that of your favorite band or venue, you need to email me! I want this newsletter to offer you the information you, the reader, finds helpful. Also please send any ideas or comments to me anytime at:
