In case you missed it, Massage Therapy is back!
Massage is currently available:
Wednesday's 1pm to 7pm
Thursday's 1pm to 7pm
Saturday's 11am to 4pm

Pre-Natal Massage is back for Saturday's and we are adding a new service: Certified Massage Therapy for Cancer Patients that is offered by Michelle on Wednesday's and Thursday's. You can book a massage from the website and feel free to combine massage with an Acupuncture treatment, Full Spectrum Sauna Session or LED Light Therapy session to give you a day of rejuvenation.

Pre-Natal Massage: Light pressure for the Mom's to be
60-Minute PreNatal Massage $100
Certified Cancer Therapy Massage: Using Lymphatic Drainage techniques, this massage will be appropriate for clients having lymph nodes and those who have had them removed. Client must have a written prescription from their doctor stating it is fine to receive the massage. Client is asked not to have a massage right after cancer treatment; normal wait time is 24-48 after. This is to compensate for the after-effects of chemotherapy and radiation. Work can only be done once the client has started their treatment.

Hot Stone Massage: the therapist uses smooth, heated stones as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so the therapist can work more deeply, more quickly.

Reflexology: Reflexology, also known as zone therapy, is an alternative medicine involving application of pressure to the feet and hands with specific thumb, finger, and hand techniques without the use of oil or lotion.
