Free Acupuncture Consultation
We offer a Free 10-minute consultation for you to speak directly to our Acupuncturist, Christine Yastrzemski. This allows you to find out how acupuncture can help your ailment, answer any questions you may have and have an understanding of what to expect at your treatment. This can be done in the office or over the phone. Free
New Patient Acupuncture Treatment
Please allow 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours. This includes a review of your medical history, consultation and acupuncture treatment. Once the needles are placed, you will relax for 45-minutes. $100
Follow-Up Acupuncture Treatments
Please allow 1 hr 15 minutes for your treatment. This includes consultation to discuss changes since last treatment and focus on current acupuncture treatment. Once the needles are placed, you will relax for 45-minutes. $80
FULL SPECTRUM INFRARED SAUNA
Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna
Our sauna is in a private room so you can relax and enjoy your experience. Please make sure to drink lots of water prior to your sauna experience. Pre-Natal Massage: Light pressure for the Mom's to be

Certified Cancer Therapy Massage: Using Lymphatic Drainage techniques, this massage will be appropriate for clients having lymph nodes and those who have had them removed. Client must have a written prescription from their doctor stating it is fine to receive the massage. Client is asked not to have a massage right after cancer treatment; normal wait time is 24-48 after. This is to compensate for the after-effects of chemotherapy and radiation. Work can only be done once the client has started their treatment.
