Terms of Use Policy (TOS) / Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
A written policy that a user must agree to follow before they are allowed to use a service. A TOS/AUP must be concise and clear, while at the same time covering the most important points about what users are, and are not, allowed to do while using the service..
