Tap into your solar power and claim for yourself what you want and know is good for you. Be in your JOY. Know that you are capable & deserving. When you shine, the Earth and all of us benefits.

Many New Prints!

The results of my online poll say that "Trust in Love" is a favorite painting of many. You have been waiting, and prints of that image are now available! In fact, I have added several new prints to the line and plan to continue adding more as new paintings are completed. Follow the link below to take a look.
I've also decided to add special ~*hand painted embellishments*~ to most of my prints on canvas.
This just adds a little extra spark of life that only the touch of the hand can bring. ( it adds value to the print too.) The prints on canvas are larger, and hand stretched over a quality stretcher frame. Adding the hand painted touches really tops it all off nicely. Another benefit of the canvas prints is that they can be hung right away, without framing.

I've also been able to reduced the price of my prints. I've found a wonderful printer here in my area who's a little less expensive, even better quality and I no longer need to take into account my shipping costs since I can just drive and pick them up!
The prices on the website include shipping to your home. If you live in the KC area and would like to pick up your print at my home studio, call or email and I can give you a quote on your print cost excluding shipping.

Upcoming Events

I took a long break from showings, art fairs and Expos, but I've decided this is the year to get out again. I showed at Whitelight Holistic Resource Center here in Kansas City, in April and May and I'm very excited at the news that I've been accepted into the UnPlaza Art Fair in the fall. I am also expanding my presence in the gallery scene. In the past, I didn't have as much time to paint. What I did paint sold fairly quickly or they were commissions, and so I rarely felt I had enough work on hand to show! But now I am painting much more and many galleries carry artist's prints now too. I'm very excited and I will keep you informed on where and when shows will be.

5. In the works:I was recently contacted by The Bohemian Gallery, (Crossroads gallery district Kansas City,MO) and will probably be a part of group shows in Sept. & Dec '05

3% to charity

In addition to finding the great kenaf/recycled paper for the greeting cards, I've also committed to giving 3% of my sales income to charities and organizations that are working for environmental causes, wildlife preservation, peace & global well-being. I made donations this month to NRDC (National Resources Defense Council) and the ONE campaign. I have to tell you... It felt sooo good to give!
It's addictive. I felt this rush of good feelings and I wanted to give again.
I've always given to organizations, but somehow it felt different this time. Maybe it's because I had all of you in mind, and was conscious with my intent that I was passing forward a bit of what you have given me. Giving reinforced to me just how much everything is in a flow and that giving promotes that flow. Don't forget to give to yourSelf too! xxoo

What's brewing
