Don't Stop Believing In Yourself!
You always wanted to be your own boss...and now you are. Feeling proud of yourself for taking not only financial, but also psychological risks of success and failure enables you to continue your efforts to accomplish your goals.
But soon, you realize the honeymoon is over. Although your wishes have been fulfilled as you run your own business, your newly discovered autonomy brings responsibility- some which you had not anticipated. It's not what you envisioned when you started out and you are wondering whether it is all worthwhile.
You have payroll to provide, rent to pay, and deadlines to meet. You work fourteen hours a day. You have noticed changes in your eating and sleeping patterns. Fatigued, you experience a loss of pleasure in activities that once provided much joy. Your loved ones complain that you are moody, irritable and restless.
You feel overwhelmed by the numerous obligations for which you are accountable. Finding yourself unable to concentrate , you begin to have difficulty following through with your day-to-day responsibilities. Doubting whether or not you are capable of meeting the demands of your business places a toll on your mind, body and spirit. You become easily distracted by unexplained aches and pains. You are feeling seriously stressed.
STOP AND THINK
You knew it was not going to be easy. You knew it would be hard. You overcame fear, you expected to be challenged. You believed in yourself.
NEVER GIVE UP!
Don't stop believing...in yourself...in your dreams. Facing and overcoming challenges and adversity brings rewards of character, integrity, independence and self-confidence.
To be an entrepreneur involves recognizing that there are bound to be setbacks, moments of doubts, times of wanting to give up. Be realistic in the expectations you place on yourself. Try to open yourself to seeing things differently. Think positively, creatively release your frustrations and have faith. Explore your options, use all of your resources and let go of your self-inflicted restrictions. It's all right to be human- to try, and to stumble, to be momentarily weak and vulnerable. The ability to overcome that helplessness with moments of strength, courage and determination is the difference between success and failure. The solutions reside in You!
FIND BALANCE
Ask yourself, "Is the work satisfying?" "Am I having fun?" "Do I enjoy the people with whom I work?" "Am I moving in the right direction?" If the answers are yes, then stick with it. As times of trouble recede into the distance with passing years, self- esteem grows, and inner doubts disappear.
REMEMBER
Dreams take time, patience, discipline, self-confidence, a personal commitment, a sustained effort to overcome obstacles, an openness to endure change, a clear sense of purpose, and a willingness to fail - if they are ever to be anything more than dreams.

Tips to Remain Optimistic
* Consciously choose to think positive thoughts today. If you are in the midst of uncertain circumstances, choosing to focus on a positive outcome can make all the difference. Instead of worrying or entertaining fearful thoughts, visualize a wonderful outcome and lend energy to that reality. If you find yourself feeling nervous at any time during your day, build up your confidence by reciting some empowering affirmations. For instance, "Anything Is Possible!"
* By choosing to foster a positive, optimistic attitude, we create a sense of joyful anticipation, and we end up attracting more opportunities for growth and success. When we consciously choose to think positively and affirm that good things are on the way, we actually project our energy and will to the formation of those circumstances. We then become co-creators with the universe and design our best, most fulfilling lives, and we can do this from moment to moment.
*You can make your optimistic mind-set work for you today by choosing to visualize more success, growth, and abundance in your life.
Give yourself permission to relax, feel good and trust that everything will unfold divinely.
