March a time of New Beginnings

March is here! Where did the winter go? March is a time when your thoughts and seed of intentions will begin to sprout their flowers. Yikes really? Yes every thought you think yields an outcome. Don't despair there is still time to change the future. Make a list right now of everything you desire in your life by June. That gives a good couple of months for the seeds to take root and for your desires to blossom. Relationships, employment, health and well being. Create a vision and then sit with each idea. For example, for a new job, create it! 1) Write down exactly what you want in new employment; the salary, type of people, benefits, location etc. 2) After you've created the framework than start visualizing what you would see in the environment and what would it feel like. Imagine yourself in your new job, feel what the atmosphere is like. What do you sense, fresh flowers ,new paint on the wall? Put your whole self in the environment and imagine it LIKE IT IS REAL. 3) Let it Go. Trust God can create this situation or better so don't block your blessing. A seed can grow without you watching it, what you imagine will come to past, so be careful of those daydreams!! Take them very seriously, pretty soon you will have a new bouquet.

Stay Positive Despite Your Circumstances

One day a farmer's donkey fell down into a
well. The animal cried piteously for hours as
the farmer tried to figure out what to do.

Finally, he decided the animal was old, and the
well needed to be covered up anyway;
it just wasn't worth it to retrieve the donkey.

He invited all his neighbors to come over and
help him. They all grabbed a shovel and began
to shovel dirt into the well.! At first, the
donkey realized what was happening and cried
horribly. Then, to everyone's amazement he
quieted down.

A few shovel loads later, the farmer finally
looked down the well. He was astonished at what
he saw. With each shovel of dirt that hit his
back, the donkey was doing something amazing.
He would shake it off and take a step up.

As the farmer's neighbors continued to shovel
dirt on top of the animal, he would shake it
off and take a step up.

Pretty soon, everyone was amazed as the donkey
stepped up over the edge of the well and
happily trotted off!

Life is going to shovel dirt on you, all kinds
of dirt. The trick to getting out of the well
is to shake it off and take a step up. Each of
our troubles is a steppingstone. We can get out
of the deepest wells just by not stopping,
never giving up! Shake it off and take a step up.

Remember the five simple rules to be happy:

Free your heart from hatred - Forgive.
Free your mind from worries - Most never happen.
Live simply and appreciate what you have.
Give more, Expect less

Prayer and Meditation

Feeling Stuck with things not coming forward. Try the magical spiritual rituals of prayer and meditation. When you pray you are asking God a request. When you meditate, you are awaiting the answer by becoming quiet. I love to pray and meditate, but in the chaos of working and life, I see how easy it is to get off center. When I don't get centered I act from nerves and anxiety. When I take time to listen, I usually hear the highest answer for my life. It is so easy to listen to others and forget our own inner voice. My chatter can become so negative I often, think of past mistakes and beat myself up for making stupid and sometimes costly moves. If you are on a path of joy, abundance and Peace you HAVE to take time to become still, it benefits your health, your heart and your soul. The Truth lies within you. Take a meditation class or find a group. I may be starting a meditation group myself. Let me know if you are interested.
