CHANGING DIRECTIONS - A PATH OF HEALING

To heal we need new direction and focus. We want to realign to our natural blueprint, our flow. Life gets in the way instead of us getting into our life. Healing is not a doing it is a being. Our being is out of alignment and is asking to be brought back to health and happiness. Yes happiness is a key component to health.

A new perspective is necessary, a new way to think about life and our place in it. We are so busy and wise, we have read a lot of books and tried a lot of things, yet something and sometimes a lot of somethings elude us.

Going straight to the point of dis-ease or pain can save you much time and money. Our body, mind, emotions and spirit reflect how we are in or out of alignment with our heart and soul and our truth of the human we are. So much of what we do and say and experience creates and attracts everything in our lives.

After forty years of focus and research and healing experience Janet has developed a way to get straight to the point of what needs to be awakened and changed to allow healing to flow.

Life and health seems so complicated when in fact it is simple and logical and clear when you know how to uncover the causes and contributing factors and create healing and solutions to lifes problems.

We each do the best we can in the busyness of life. We all have responsibilities and so much to accomplish each day. The path of possibilities seems to be narrow when in fact there are other paths that are more available when you can redirect into the one that opens you to what you need for your own best results.

Nothing is impossible, there is always hope and ways to learn to create a better life. Learning to heal you is an important piece. No one can heal you without your co-operation. No one can hurt you without your co-operation either. It is important to learn how to get what you need and want in life and stop the pain and dis-ease.

Our bodies can be pretty loud in getting our attention. They never betray us they in fact are doing the best they can to be in perfection. It is our learning to listen and assist ourselves in allowing the perfection to unfold.

A POWERFUL MONTH FOR ALL
New Moon on Saturday July 14 with the Moon and Sun joined at 22 degrees Cancer gives us an opportunity to begin this next phase by nurturing ourselves and letting go of what does not support us. Welcoming in the parts of us ready to grow and go forward in this next phase of global and individual awakening.

Pluto at the Galactic Center on July 17 connects us all to cosmic unity and alignment and represents an opportunity to cleanse what does not serve us and awaken to a new level of responsibility and action.

Sun in Leo July 22- August 21, says revel in your own Sun as that is what we each have to offer others as our own light in the world. As we shine our own light brightly we can accept and shine with others in harmony and truth. The shadow side of the Sun is learning that what makes you a bit crazy about someone else is what you most need to look inside to heal within.

Saturn in Leo through the summer helps us balance self with responsibility, truth with illusion in the Leo part of your chart. Neptune opposed Saturn offers us illumination and illusions to be awakened, balanced and cleared.

I understand that each one of us is blessedly normal and blessedly different, as we each have our own unique map and way of experiencing life. There is no one size fits all people and no perfect way to be and act. I also realized how destructive it has been for people to try to follow the path of others, instead of the gifted path of themselves.

New Beginnings A Healers Journey

It has been an amazing year of transformation, clarity, healing and change.
Meeting exceptional people in many locations and enjoying the connection of healers and teachers and learning how many wonderful people are healing and awakening together.

When I moved to Woodstock, NY last April I knew this would be my hub and I would travel to teach as well as bring students and clients into this amazing energy to work and play.

In order to create a new center I found I was to first recreate myself. I was challenged to heal and grow in all areas of my life. It has been as Charles Dickens said the best of times and the worst of times. I learned how much it is true that we teach what we most need to learn.

Transformation has been my lifes experience and subsequently my lifes work. This year took my experiences to new levels. I had questions about many problems and areas of life and the law of attraction brought them to me to experience and learn from as I moved through and healed self and others. I was humbled and gained perspective and compassion in areas that are now much appreciated.

Help does not always come in the packages we would hope for yet I learned that sometimes that no help was great help and being at the bottom there was always a choice and only way to go is up. I am grateful for the tools that I had and used daily, and the amazing friends and family that were there to support me and sometimes not.

Going deep within and drawing on my spiritual connections and practices kept me sane and moved me forward. My knowledge of Astrology and knowing that this was all in the grand plan to learn heal and grow as a soul, comforted me as it always had going through challenging times. I knew my transits and progressions in my astrology chart and it was supposed to be a challenging time. I wanted to use this opportunity to heal and clear and do the deepest work and got it! Holy Moly! Be careful what you ask for.

It was so challenging I remember sharing with a friend one moment that I did not know how so many had the courage to wake up everyday. It was one of the deepest dark night of the soul experiences I have had in decades. I am grateful for the experience and glad it is over!

Healing is about facing what comes up to challenge you physically, mentally and emotionally and going through what it takes to learn and move forward. I share this to answer those who wonder if I ever get challenged or need support. Of course I do! A teacher best teaches from experience not books. The real learning is to go through it, learn, transform and grow from experience. I may be smiling but I hurt also.

Transformation is deep work. Helping people heal and change their lives is always rewarding, challenging and an adventure. This new beginning is to make it more fun, and bring other teachers in and create collaborative work. I also realized that preliminary work is necessary for the advanced work to be brought into this new location and time of awakening. Please see our new offerings.
