Dr. Halina Krupa is passionate about teaching women how to rediscover the sacred woman within. Her earliest experience was her childhood spent on a farm in Poland where she learned reverence for Nature, sustainable living, folk medicine and deep family values. Since the age of 16 she has sought and studied various spiritual traditions such as Shamanism, Native American teachings and ceremony, Tantra as well as an extensive study of the body through Chiropractic and Catalyst. Dr. Krupa's, private practice in Montclair, The Whole Family Center, specializes in chiropractic care for women and children, teaches self care classes and is working on her first book. Dr. Kuzniar will present a lecture on "How to Eat and What to Eat" in order to achieve and maintain health. Points of discussion will focus on the concept of consciousness in eating; avoiding major pitfalls in healthy eating and weight management; teaching your kids to eat healthfully; the mood/stress connection to weight gain; how to incorporate exercise for healthy food metabolism and weight.

Dr. Kuzniar achieved an Honors Bachelor of Science degree with a major in abnormal psychology from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. During her undergraduate studies, Dr. Kuzniar developed a passion for the clinical and social sciences and decided to pursue a career in the medical field. Dr. Kuzniar went on to complete a four year graduate medical degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM). During her clinical year at CCNM, Dr. Kuzniar interned both on site, at the CCNM Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic and at Sherbourne Health Center, a facility providing naturopathic care free of charge to people living with HIV/AIDS. She also participated in a clinical rotation in Classical Homeopathy.
Dr. Kuzniar is a board member of the New Jersey Association of Naturopathic Physicians and is also a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians. She currently holds a State of Vermont Naturopathic Physician license. Leat Kuzniar was born in Johannesburg, South Africa.
