Gratitude - The Energy of Creation

Want to Create something in your life? Have an attitude of Gratitude. To be in gratitude moves your vibrational energy up to a higher octave. As your energy moves higher on the emotional scale, it gets closer to the level of creation. On the earth plane generally we carry a low vibration. A vibration of maybe a 5 out of 10. This planet is full of fear, anger, lies and manipulation. These all are low vibrational frequencies. Higher qualities such as love, honesty, truthfulness and gratitude are lighter vibrations and closer to the energy of creation. Since God the ultimate creator is nothing but love, when we resonate at a higher octave with this vibration then we can create much like him/her.

Having an attitude of gratitude, clears your energy field to bring in more manifestation. God creates from Love and Light. As we hold those qualities we also can create without the grief of delays, fear and muck from the low vibrational earth plane.

This Thanksgiving try to understand the deeper meaning of, gratitude. Be grateful for what you have for all the blessings in front of you. Be accepting of good now and more good will, come. Giving thanks tells the universe. "I know I deserve it I know more is coming no matter what things look like I am thankful" It holds a powerful belief.

It is being thankful for everything that we have, brings in more. Like attracts like..it is the law of attraction. Have a Happy Thanksgiving.

Conceive Believe and Receive

The Meditation and Intuitive Trusting Workshop was a hit! It was a profound day of angel energy, synchronicities, laughter and quiet contemplation. A lot of healing energy was exchanged and wisdom shared. When I was sitting and preparing for the workshop, I heard the message to give your clients CPR. I didn't understand, what my guidance meant. Since I work in a hospital I thought they meant literally, CPR. Then the angels laughed and stated, tell them to Conceive Perceive and Receive. It means from conception of an idea, conceive it, than perceive it happening. Now open your heart to receive it!

I changed the perceive to believe because I think that beliefs are what hold so many people back. Many times we are not perceiving our own good. I don't know how many times I have worked with clients who overlook signs from the universe of how they are being coaxed on their paths of abundance. Be playful with your creations.. have fun with the angels and your own dreams.

Erroneous beliefs can stay with us from childhood. Unless we look at them we act out from mis perception. Do you remember thinking that there were people playing live music in the radio.. I did. Beliefs should change when we grown up, but sometimes they don't. They should mature with you so not to hold you back. If we hold onto our childhood beliefs we would be running around with superman capes on, thinking we could fly. Well some of us Earth angels still have those fantasies!

The angels and the universe have messages to give you. They need to revive your spiritual ears by using CPR or CBR. Make sure you become alerted in your crisis and believe that your dreams CAN COME TRUE. TRUST in your own spiritual resuscitation.

Managing Your Light

Your light, is your divine spark and the evidence of your divinity. It is the sacred light of your soul, that emanates from you. It is your essence and it should be taken care of and honored. Managing you light means to be aware that you are an energy being with a human suit on. You have to cleanse, clean, balance and take care of your energy body like you do with your human body. Your energy matrix is the road map to your soul. So as much knowledge and awareness you can put to its importance is essential for its purpose.

When you are on the path of ascension to higher realms your own light will teach you. As you send out positive energy to the planet, being consciously aware of your actions to your self and others your light grows and expands. Your energy resonance raises. This means your vibrations get higher and your destiny gets clearer. You may notice that people are nice to you, they seek you out for wisdom and knowledge or look to you as a leader. People feel the emanations of your truth, compassion and your light. It is a wonderful feeling to know you are evolving closer to the source.

On the flip side, sometimes others don't understand the light of your soul as you are on the ascension path. The other side of this expansion is that others may feel threatened by you. All of a sudden they look at you as being better than them having an air of a know it all, or a superiority complex. Usually their darker energy doesn't resonant with you anymore and relationships fall apart. You may find yourself in earth dramas as others challenge your new found peace.

You need to stay centered and learn how to manage your light when these obstacles arise. Managing your light means to become aware of the expansion of your energy and how it may affect other people. If you notice your relationships are changing all of a sudden, it is because you light has changed. How you challenge other people is not really your problem.. even if they try to make it yours. You have to trust the path you are on is of the highest good as long as you are helping others and the earth transform.

To help clean and clear your energy field you should sage yourself regularly, and keep incense burning. Meditate routinely at least 10 mins a day or longer during the week. This helps to 'enlighten or wake up your spirit.' Meditate and pour white light from the heavens into your chakras and energy body. Release negative thoughts and feelings of others every day. Thoughts can get stuck in the cells of your body and affect their functions. Take 3 deep cleansing breathes. Get energy work done, Reiki and hands on healing. Place crystals in your home, that balance out negative energies.

Make sure you are regularly working with your energy field. It is precious, light and love. It is what people sense when they feel inspired. Join our meditation group this November. I am open to giving energy work also. Take care of your light and let it Shine shine shine!
