Are you living a JUICY life? This workshop will consist of personal processes and group interaction that explores different aspects of our lives as we age. You will discover tools and techniques with how to stay connected to the wonder of being a WOMAN. Themes include creativity, connection, compassion, completion, and comedy. We will aim to transform the experience of aging into the context of agelessness- a potentially, juicy, inspiring adventure into the essential truth of life.
Attendees are encouraged to bring a story, a poem, or an anecdote that exemplifies your aging experience and 2 special objects that you covet and adore as a woman.

The Wellness Networking Group hosts monthly meetings, recruits & places professionals in public speaking job opportunities and is a resource and referral hotline for the community.
Our purpose is to promote optimal "wellness" for a healthy mind, body and spirit within ourselves and the world we serve.
The meetings are held in a sacred space and facilitated by the founder, Sue Waldman, who is a certified Group Specialist by Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.
If you are interested in personal, spiritual and professional development, successful living and business networking, come join us for our next meeting. All are welcome.

Dr. Kuzniar will present a lecture on "How to Eat and What to Eat" in order to achieve and maintain health. Points of discussion will focus on the concept of consciousness in eating; avoiding major pitfalls in healthy eating and weight management; teaching your kids to eat healthfully; the mood/stress connection to weight gain; how to incorporate exercise for healthy food metabolism and weight.

Dr. Kuzniar achieved an Honors Bachelor of Science degree with a major in abnormal psychology from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. During her undergraduate studies, Dr. Kuzniar developed a passion for the clinical and social sciences and decided to pursue a career in the medical field. Dr. Kuzniar went on to complete a four year graduate medical degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM). During her clinical year at CCNM, Dr. Kuzniar interned both on site, at the CCNM Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic and at Sherbourne Health Center, a facility providing naturopathic care free of charge to people living with HIV/AIDS. She also participated in a clinical rotation in Classical Homeopathy.
Dr. Kuzniar is a board member of the New Jersey Association of Naturopathic Physicians and is also a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians. She currently holds a State of Vermont Naturopathic Physician license. Leat Kuzniar was born in Johannesburg, South Africa.

This workshop will describe growing & drying medicinal herbs and explain methods of making herbal medicines.
