EXCITING TIMES
Hello My Friends,
Life has sure been changing and rearranging itself for everyone.
Everything is moving faster in all areas.
We are all changing the way we think and feel.
It is up to us how we deal with changes
Nice and easy or kicking and screaming.
Surrendering to the changes and learning to let go takes practice.
Allowing new ways of being gives us opportunity to
learn how to trust and experience life in new ways and
still feel safe and that life will work.
New Jersey has called me back home.
It is good to come back as a new person, teaching in new ways.
I find myself busy with reorganizing the writing of Be Your Own Medicine
and working with people one on one.
Woodstock�continues as my part time location.
Phone work is still available for everyone and continues to deepen for all.
Healing is occurring faster and easier which is one of the benefits.
Networking with Holistic Practitioners and MD's creating Integrative
Medicine Models for patients and clients has been a wonderful
experience here in the Garden State. We are learning how we all can assist our
patients achieve their healing goals by working together.
I am offering Classes, Seminars and Sessions as requested, while I continue to write.

Happy Holidays Dear Friends! By Melissa Stratton December has arrived with its festive glow and plenty of holiday merriment. As always the Sun travels in�optimistic Sagittarius for most of the month.

Heavenly Messages for December 2007The New Moon (in Sagittarius) is on 12/9 at 12:40 PM. The Full Moon (in Cancer) is on 12/23 at 8:16 PM. Jupiter enters Capricorn on 12/18, Saturn goes retrograde on 12/19 (thru 5/2/08) and the Sun enters Capricorn at the Winter Solstice on 12/22 at 1:08 AM. All times are EST.
"Hark the herald angels sing" as December begins, or more appropriately the "cosmic angels" as both Jupiter and Pluto soar high at the center of our Galaxy. The Galactic Center is at 27 degrees Sagittarius, and this is the first time these two planets have joined together at this degree since 1023 and that was 900 years before Pluto was known to exist! The point being, this is the first time in human awareness this cosmic event is evident. Jupiter is by far the largest planet in the solar system - two and a half times larger than ALL the other planets combined - so it packs a massive punch. In astrology Jupiter expands energy patterns in the territory he travels. Pluto represents total transformation, Phoenix rising from the ashes type, and his astrological job is to pull up hidden, unconscious patterns to the light of undeniable truth. Jupiter happens to be the ruling planet of Sagittarius so is even more powerfully motivated in his own preferred garments. Sagittarius is the truth speaker and ideally speaks truth to power in ways that push people toward change in positive and uplifting ways. Pluto has been in Sagittarius since 1995 working relentlessly to transform us from �tribal� mindsets, ex: I believe what I believe because everyone else I know does too; to expanded global awareness, ex: We�re all in this together - if I hurt you, I hurt myself - if I help you, I help myself. It is easy to see this played out on the world scene. Politics aside, the stated Bush administration�s rational for invading Iraq was to "bring democracy" to that area of the world, and of course this means "Western-style" democracy. While the stated mission of the so-called terrorists is to rid their domain of "foreign deviant" concepts which go against their ancient cultural and religious way of life. We all hope this global clash can be resolved and peace restored, yet feel personally helpless to effect it in any meaningful way. If we stay in our own "tribal" mindset it is easy to overlook the fact that peace begins with us. We gasp in horror at suicide bombers, yet road rage during the daily commute, spread malicious gossip at work or school, go home and feel free to dump on our spouse, kids, parents, etc. etc. on and on. A suicide bomber�s blast, in terms of total negative energy produced, might compare to a lifetime of hostile energy created by the above examples of negativity on a daily basis. With the transformational power of the Galactic Gateway opening as never before with the aid of these powerful planets, you can change these patterns! Pluto says: "There is a new way. The outer devil you see, is in actual fact, a reflection of yourself. Change yourself, and you change the world." Jupiter says: " I will lift you to a higher perspective, like Pegasus in flight, so you can easily recognize your connection to all of humankind, and be eager to help others with the knowledge you will be uplifted in return." I don�t know about you, astro fans, but personally I find these times to be the most exciting ever! Perhaps it is the optimism of Jupiter in Sagittarius, joined currently by the Sun as well, that helps me believe that we humans are truly changing for the better. I feel it happening - and I hope you do too!

Times They Are A Changing.
Preparing for change is a good thing.
The Tipping Point for accepting responsibility for all we individually and collectively have done over the past many generations is here.

| Oh No you have cold or flu symptoms. Before you give up and get down on yourself, know that your body is healing itself and not sick. More times than not by taking good care of yourself and working with the clearing of our body, we can feel better than ever, quickly.
