Start this New Year with Willingness
So often we start the New Year with resolutions to begin again. To grow. To blossom. To open ourselves. We want to make major changes in our lives so we set personal goals to achieve for the new year. We want to lose weight, get into physical shape, improve our health, earn more money, and find/deepen love relationships. We, ultimately, want to feel better about ourselves and the life we are living. Several months go by and we fall off track from our original intentions. Why is this? What can we do THIS new year that will help us stay connected to what we want to create in our lives? My first suggestion is to not do it alone. Click the link below for more guidance with new year's resolutions - the American Counseling Association published some of my thoughts.
Take Care and Be Well,
Sue

"It is not enough to have lived. We should be determined to live for something" ~ Leo Buscaglia
To live your life in your own way...to reach for the goals you have set for yourself...to be the YOU that you want to be - that is success.
Let success be measured by the joy in your heart.
Let us be reminded that the holiday season can last more than several weeks -that the spirit and magic of the season can thrive all the time. Peace, kindness, joy, and goodwill are not seasonal; they are life-sustaining, life-enhancing, hopeful gestures that should be spoken, sung, and practiced all the months of the year!
Please pass this newsletter onto those interested in personal and spiritual development, networking and successful living!
A dream becomes real....A thousand dreams become possible.
