We made it through many changes this summer, and we are still moving forward.
Why when the economy seems to be such a challenge, do we feel such hope for positive change?
You can see by the very divegent candidates for President and Vice President we are all called to vote and be a part of the change and not sit at the sidelines.
More organizations and individuals are encouraging young and all to vote this year.
Looking to who will make the best decisions for our country and us is important.
Change is occuring, ready or not.
All of us are learning to adapt more to change in all areas of our life each day.
Who are the ones who will move with change easily and for the most people?
Each one of us is important and our votes count.
Yes, taking resonsibilty where you can assist, is very spiritual and healing.
When you do as much as you can there is no blame.
Below see a call to arms for your rights to health information that works!
Again please take action. Each one of our voices add up to a loud voice to create change.
This is what our country was built on.
Knowing means nothing if you do not take action.
The Mayan Calendar speaks of this being a year of great possibiblity to emerge in a lighter, better alignment.
Extreme opposites bring the true issues to all of us to look at clearly.
This is no year to watch...participation is required.
In your life are you looking daily to find the best solutions to what is not working for you and your family?
Have you noticed how quick our thoughts manifest, now?
Be clear in what you want and desire. Remove fear and doubt.
You deserve to be and do what you feel is best for you and your world.
Taking action gives you the impetus to create needed changes. You will discover new directions to explore and live. Through movement you discover different options. You can realign and change again to a better course once you are in the flow of change.
While some are sitting at the sidelines waiting for the perfect opportunity, others are moving and grooving and making things happen.
Change is what heals. Doing the same things over creats the same things again.
Correct change is experienced when you see how things become easier, simplier and manifest a better life.
Course corrections are normal and important to continue to be open to. What you knew yesterday led you to today, and new directions and opportunities appear.
None of us are the same if we keep listening, feeling and moving with what is, in each moment.
Yes it is a moment in history for a change for the better.
It all begins with you.
As each person awakens to his and her own power and moves it in a positive direction, no matter what you do, it affects us all.
Go and enjoy life...this is why we are here on this planet. Creating and living joy empowers all.

I have taught this class to assist students in expanding their abilities and innate healing gifts, explore their unique soul lineage, spiritual guidance and connections to empower their life and healing in NEW ways. Body, mind and spirit were known to be one, prior to this time, and the human has been deteriorating in our health and well being ever since. As the world is awakening doctors and healing practitioners from all modalities need more healing and support themselves to bring their service to higher levels.
As we join in community we learn from each other in many ways. My life purpose is to support healers and teachers on their path. Being The Medicine for ourselves allows us to bring this to others.
There were times I felt tired after work and having to drive up to the weekly circles didn't at times seem tempting. However, each time I got to Janet's, the time stopped and healing began. It was always perfect, always unique and there was nothing like it. Each session we seemed to all talk about what was on my mind that week. Teacher seemed to pick up on everything we all thought about introvertly.
