Hello ,
I trust you are enjoying a wonderful final season in 2008! Looking at my email and calendar of events, in these last few months of the year, I am just taken aback by the abundance of celebrations taking place on the planet right now and with many more in the works! Gratefully we all see something to celebrate in life - we invest in the planning/manifest/enjoying process of holy-day events, invite loved ones near and far to join us in joy and gratitude as we take a moment to remember what is real. May we allow ourselves to ground into these celebrations around us and within us during this fantastic waking celebration of the great love and life that we embody. Let us make this the bridge that connects us to all that we do, experience, witness, give and receive. Happy holidays !
I hope you can join us for a Holiday Hoopgasm, the last one of the year. We look forward to hooping with you in 2009 at our community activities, and getting cozy and creative at our monthly H.I.E. network and support groups next month. Carpe Diem!
The first time I came across the Hoopedelic website my first reaction was, “Wow a hot girl dancing with a hula hoop! I’m curious to try this out!”
I always feel like the odd color out of the crayon box. I’m always very random, loud, energetic and a spontaneous person! So knowing that much, this is pretty much how I got sucked into the wonderful world of hooping!! I still remember the first day of hoping class: I had no idea I was able to keep the hoop up for that long and I could not believe the results and tightness my belly felt the morning after - it felt great! After that I always look forward to class and look forward to hooping any chance I get. Hooping has taught me a lot about physical control, rhythm, and balance. I feel like I’m in another world when I’m hooping.
This past Halloween I decided to dress up as a ringmaster and I thought it would be an awesome idea to bring my hoop to the party. The amount of attention and compliments I got from people was an indescribable feeling. I even had a bunch of hoopers come up to me to borrow my hoop and wanted to dance with me. I felt a bond and a connection with them immediately. I have no idea where this journey of hooping is going to take me, but I do know this much, it has definitely had a huge impact in my life. What merely started off as curiosity has turned into a passion, and it is a part of who I am today. I am on a constant path of learning and growth into a better hooper!!

NEW 2009 LOCATION: Dance Garden Studio

A New Year, A New Location
The new year is just around the corner and that means a new schedule is now available. In addition we will be hoopdancing at Dance Garden very soon!

continue tell your friends, family and co-workers about this new space.
We would love to pack the house starting Saturday January 10th and make this
another accessible hooping hot-spot!
Since Hoopadelic is joining the wonderful Dance Garden house of
talented instructors our classes will have a special trial drop-in rate of $15.00 cash per class (no RSVP required for this option). You can also register online by getting a Dance Garden discount package, also good towards other Dance Garden classes. Great for taking a hoopdance class back-to-back with, say, a belly dance class!
We hope you will join us at this new location for new fun, new moves in the new year!
