Dear Friends,
As we close out this calender year, it is a time of reflection and honoring.
2008 was a year to begin to get real. Change is necessary, it is time to wake up to our ability to respond to living our lives and what we are co-creating on this planet.
For too many generations we have wasted and misused our resources. We have not respected our living planet and our living bodies. It is time to focus on creating a new life in beauty. One that works and is full of effortless ease.
In order to do this we must let go of the thoughts and ways of being that harm us. We are only our own worst enemies when we stay robots of the old ways that take us away from nature and the nature of all things.
2012 is upon us. We are all feeling and witnessing the changes in our ways of thinking and experiencing the world.
Letting go of old fears, beliefs, patterns and attachments, allow us the freedom to discover what we can be now.
Life is how your dream it, or think it into being. What are you creating?
Did you know you can live prosperous, happy, healthy and free?
Fear is an illusion to keep us trapped. Love is the truth that awakens us to our mastery.
What do you want? What are you hungry for? Ask and it shall be given.
If you do not like your life, change it! Old roles and old rules do not serve us. It is the moment in the history of our planet to be fully awake and unafraid of truth, wisdom and courage.
Let go of fear of disapproval, fitting in or getting along. These are the very things that keep you stuck and unwell. Let go of controlling others and taking responsibility for another. Each soul, no matter how young or old has a right to live according to their own inner being.
Look to yourself; are you living your truth, your purpose, your love?
This is your responsibility to deepen your ability to be fully yourself.
You have every resource that you need on this planet inside of your body. You are a living library of information much greater than a computer. You have infinite memory of all time and space when you know how to access it.
Are you ready to be fully alive and live the answers instead of the questions? Are you ready to be happy and healthy and free?
Change is coming ready or not. Would you like to be ready?
These coming years will tumble our former security in the material and throw us into the spiritual. We need the skills to transform and create new possibilities quickly. Looking with new eyes, open to possibilities without judgment and fear gives us the flexibility to move with the energy and flow of the new and be the solution.
Life is what you make it. Make it amazing.

| LIFE IS A PROCESS OF MOVING THROUGH EACH DAY.
In this time of major change one of the gifts I offer students and clients is the one of understanding and support of their process. Having lived and studied many aspects of life and healing on all levels I am here to hold the energy and assit you in taking the higher ground of love and knowledge freeing you to move through these times with ease.
Most of us live in the world focused on the past and the future somehow missing the place in between – the now. Losing a lot in my life has brought me front and center to be here now. Choosing to be me, a Shaman, dying and being reborn each day, midwifing others, it has been a life of deep process.
I have learned to sit in the now, tasting, touching, feeling in my bones and heart and soul – the truth of what is, even when I do not like it.
What’s not to like? Do we have a choice? Always we have a choice not to get stuck in the fear and pain and struggle. The fear of being wrong and the fear of being right, can keep us stuck in a no man’s land of confusion.
The fear of is this all there is? Takes me into deeper places of gladness and sadness and again back to now.
Fear makes conclusions about the past and the future, based on the fear of being in the now. Trained to have to know where each moment is going-we miss the moments. Trained to see the worst possibilities, instead of the best.
Trained to feel guilty and unworthy when things are good- and also when things go bad – we sweep them all under the rug staring at us; a mountain of built up energy in the middle of the room, our bodies, ourselves, until they erupt like a volcano spewing emotions and bad words all over the place.
Like Ghostbusters we are splattered with gooey, grey, exploding slime from the illusions backfiring on us. No, I don’t choose the slime anymore. I look fear and illusion in the eye and shine the sun – the light of day – the light of truth – to transform all of it into love and peace and serenity.
Don’t get me wrong, I do face grief and disillusionment and ask to be shown the lesson as I embrace the pain. It takes practice to be comfortable sitting with it, allowing it to be the teacher and healer of you.
I know not to stay here too long, and let the emotion and grief get carried away, by thoughts in my head creating yet another illusion of greater pain and hopelessness.
A balance for sure – dancing on the fence between truth and fear – love and illusion, walking the tightrope, being in the now.
Truth does set you free and so does unconditional love.
To laugh and love in the now, remembering that love never ends – it changes and twists and turns according to our illusions and needs and voices in or heads, but truly it never ends.
We feel and remember the past in the now. We bring up images at will that comfort us and make us smile. Remembering we are one, timeless, and now.
I have learned that surrender is to stand back and be the observer – not to detach from life, but to make a quiet space to invite in more of what life has to offer.
The process continues no doubt, every day. It is a play with many scenes and chapters. We play all the roles and break all the rules. We fall apart and put all of the pieces together one at a time. Unlike humpty dumpty, we do have a chance to reclaim our wholeness. Want to come and play with me?
